A very sad day of attack in our Air Force camp at Pathankot, Punjab, India. A salute to All soldiers who fight & gave up their lives at air force base & got martyrdom. As everyday time is changing with seconds, minutes, and hours and even days by days & months & years, we are too celebrating new year evening with our friends, family, groups, units with at least alcohol freely provided / available under license. Alcohol has some sedative and mood stabilizing properties, but it has many adverse health effects also.
The amount of alcohol consumption is defined by health practitioners may differ and it can be 60 / 120 / 180 ml or more per day & per week.
