A 6-month-old infant suffering from fever 102-103 not responding to paracetamol and cold sponging. All the routine investigations are normal. Vitals stable, no vomiting, urination adequate, most probably viral.

Please suggest antipyretics and is it necessary to give antibiotics. Kindly suggest.
