A 39-year-old female who is my patient had prominent eyes since 6 months. She had come to me for her father in law's diabetes, when I suggested her to get thyroid function done in view of her eye problem. She had visited the ophthalmologist for the same who suggested some eyedrops after ruling out any major issues. She had been complaining of redness in her eyes. The problem did not subside inspite of the eyedrops which probably were a high potency steroid. On checking her Thyroid function, her TSH was less than 0.01, FT3 & FT4 were within the normal ranges.

Clinically, she was Euthyroid pulse normal, no goitre, no significant findings on clinical examination except brisk tendon reflexes.
