A patient recently approached my pediatrician friend for vaccination. When counselled about price of the vaccine, parent told that his cousin brother got same vaccine at a price less than MRP. Question arises- Is this ethical to give vaccines at a cost less than MRP?

Where are we heading in the name of discounts? Why are we making private practice difficult for our own friends and for ourselves sooner or later. Experienced practitioners please guide and share your experience.
