A 3-year child presented with abdominal pain lasting for 2 days disturbing sleep. Physical examination is normal except for fever which is unnoticed by parents till consultation. Child history is significant in the form of 2 gall stones of size 3 and 5mm past 2 yrs. The child had multiple scans which showed little variation in size +\- 2 mm. Child previously had intermittent abdominal pain but asymptomatic past 1 year.

Now child Left and right normal. The present scan is normal except for gallstones of course of same size and child does not have any apparent tenderness when diverted during palpation. What is the further management? Some doctors advised for surgery. Is it really necessary?
