Patient on 30/70 human insulin since 3 year with metformin 500 mg bid still fasting bsl level remains >180 mg% now complaining of indigestion and bloating. Complaints the same every month.

Should lactose syrup for sos basis in case of constipation and PPI for a city and fullness of stomach can be given? Or what treatment should be given?
