A 70-year female patient having fracture neck femur to be posted for prosthesis surgery. She is a known case of bronchial asthma and atrial fibrillation. Recently diagnosed as having DVT of fractured limb.

She is now on LMVH. Please give your comments, Whether we go for surgery and how much time should we wait?
