Bihar government has issued notification regarding training for all quacks so that they can effectively treat rural people they will be taught Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology in 1 year course so that they can treat people. Medicine they already know it. Medical science is so simple I never thought.

Suprisingly IMA Bihar president & Govt. Doctor association president were present at the moment of starting the course by CM. Your opinion regarding this please.
