A 6-year-old child operated with vesicostomy and ileostomy in the young age for anorectal malformation. This time patient came for follow-up in pediatric surgery and cystoscopy was done. Next day sensorium deteriorated and convulsions occurred. CT of brain was done suggesting ICH on examining BP was 180 /110.
Antihypertensive started enalapril, nifedipine, metoprolol, nitroprusside and finally clonidine. Still BP is at around 130 systolic, renal doppler was normal. USG suggesting changes of AKI. Can anyone suggest further plan of action?
