A 5 day newborn baby has TSH level 0.51 (ref normal range 1-39). Her mother had normal TSH during the pregnancy. Baby is active and term delivery with weight 2.81 kg and after 5 days 2.61kg.

What should we think about or should we do repeat TSH after some time? Kindly suggest.
