A 7-month-old boy presenting with h/o crying and drooling of saliva since 2 days, no other symptoms, birth and neonatal history was insignificant. On examination growth and development appropriate for age, had 2 aphthous ulcers on soft palate.

How do I go about this case? Kindly suggest.
