USG shows uterus 9.8/4.8/5.8cm. coarse echotexture two, fibroids 14/13 and 14/14 intramural. Medical treatment is taken from various practitioners, but Hb falls to 8 gm often and now her Hb was 7.8g% 2 units of blood given.
Hormonal IUD is inserted still she had heavy bleeding, given tranexamic acid 500mg 2-2-2 and danazol 200mg 1-1-1. 1 week later she still changes 1 pad per day. She wants to retain her uterus. what should be the next line of treatment?
