25 years single gravid 1- 1/2 months. Widal was positive on 2 instances3 days apart. Patient had febrile sensation without detectable fever on thermometer. Gave cipro 500 bd for 2 days then cefpodoxime for 3 days and then stopped. No t/t since then.

Patient now having severe headache and constipation. Now, should I go for culture salmonella to confirm enteric fever. Please give your valuable opinion soon. It's urgent.
