18 years of the boy suffering from Type-1, DM from 8 years, controlled on H mixture 40 IU morning and 20 IU in evening. Just 3 months ago he developed massive edema all over the body and with positive Albumin in urine only. No other tests are positive. Tests, when repeated, were of same results.

BP 90/70mmHg, face abdomen legs massive edema and urine output normal, X-ray chest is normal Respiratory rate is 30/ mt . What may be the cause of this swelling?
