A 5 year old girl weighing 10 KG at present is having severe muscle wasting,fistulous scar over left cheek with desquamation,recurrent abdominal pain,not gaining weight.Past history-She was apparently healthy 3 yrs back,she was completely immunized till then,when she developed pustules over her buttocks for which she was given antibiotics but fever and pain did not respond,Hemogram revealed raised TLC,in the meantime she developed pain in abdomen and blood in stools,it was frank sometimes,she was given I/V antibiotics for 14 days to which she responded gradually and she became asymptomatic,after which she developed recurrent abdominal complaints,colicky pain with dysentry,she was shown to pediatric Gastroenterologists at various places,they performed Duodenoscopy and Colonoscopy,which revealed confusing pics of inflammatory inv of whole of colon with USG abdomen showing Retroperitoneal…
