A 30-year-old-male, engineer had fall on roadside and sustained 3 small abrasions on palmer surface, GP prescribed ointment for pain, (pt told in advance that he is intolerant to NSAIDS) but oleum lini, diclofenac, salicylic acid containing ointment prescribed. After 36 hours, pt developed very tough slough like skin lesion developed.
It's very tough and hard on palpation and pressing. WHAT IS THIS LESION?
