A male patient of age 25 year with Traumatic brain injury (TBI), hemorrhagic contusion, craniotomy done before 1 year, and tracheostomy done. Now problem is that after one year, the patient is having a little movement and unable to swallow at least one teaspoon of water by orally. The patient is on tab levetiracetam 500 mg, tab Sodium valproate and valproic acid 1 gm, tab Clobazam10mg and tab Torsemide 10 mg.

What is the suggestion? What treatment should be given? Kindly give your suggestions.
