Case presentation A  10-year-old girl presented to a clinic with a 10-day history of a multitude of lesions on her feet and toes (Image 1). The girl went on a family trip to rural Brazil two weeks ago. The patient reported that during that trip, she used to play in a pigpen without wearing shoes.
