A 77-year-old male presented with a 1 year swelling in the lower left mental region. The swelling was also associated with a feeling of discomfort and heaviness. He had no significant medical history. A diffused swelling was observed in the left lower mental region that measured 2 × 1 cm. The swelling appeared to be firm, non-tender and mobile (Image A). The mucosa covering the mass was normal without any ulceration or swelling. Excision biopsy was performed. Blunt dissection image has been provided in Image B.
