A 25 year-old-female was brought to the psychiatry department by her brother and mother. Presenting complaints: Inability to recognize her family, claiming that they are her enemies. Irritable, disturbed, poor self-care with messy hair and disorganized clothes. She was also physically aggressive towards her mother and brother. She claims to be pregnant and has an unrealistic belief that she can’t have a spontaneous vaginal delivery.
She does not remember her birthplace and her general information. Patient history: According to her brother, she was found by him 15 months after suffering from a severe traumatic event where she lost her husband and three children in a conflict in her village. She had watched them die and screamed excessively for help.
