Now only I read a news regarding Mumbai high court's comment comparing doctors to headload workers and ask them to join back duty immediately or resign and rest at home if they feel threatened.If someone from the judiciary is attacked we have seen many times how these people are responding. Our constitutional right to protection, to live peacefully in the society as an Indian, is the responsibility of Indian and state governments. If they can't assure that, the judiciary should warn those handling the concerned ministries to resign and take rest, if feeling apathic to a serious issue. How ignorant you "your honor" to make such derogatory remarks about we the Doctors?
