In a case, cardiologist booked for not giving the antiplatet drug in the golden hour of a heart attack on an observation made by the medical board. Golden Hour is period of first 60 to 90 minutes after the heart attack during which blockade of blood supply to heart must be removed. My query is if a patient after heart attack went to a hospital where facilities for management of cardiac disorders do not exist.

What medication as primary care can be given before referring to cardiac center for better prognosis. Kindly share.
