A 25 year old girl c/o such lesions over legs up to thighs and forearms suddenly for two days, she had similar lesions at these dates last year also and got ALRIGHT in 3 days of treatment. (Not known to patient)!

Not on perineal area, not going for waxing. WHAT IS THIS SKIN PROBLEM?
