As per norms in a negligence case, before taking legal action a government doctor in the same field's opinion must be sought. Why? Doctors in private sector are corrupt? You all know the difference between government doctors and private sector doctors, I presume. We, in a highly disorganised private sector, are willing to take risks while government doctors opt for it, by their choice of not taking risks and an assured assistance in case of a sudden death.
