Last year, Dubai legalized removal of organs from dead patients, opening the door for transplantation of liver, heart and other organs. In this regard, the Health Regulators in Dubai have established a committee to regulate the transport and transplantation of tissues and organs. With the approval by the DHA committee, the demand for organ transplants is expected to be on the rise. The DHA committee has standardized regulations for organ transplantation processes.
