I am suffering from an infection most probably seasonal flu. the disease progression D1- mild body aches and dry cough D2- Fever with temperature around 103* F. + severe body aches and cough D3 and D4- same as D2 D5- mild fever around 99* F + mild body aches + cough D6 to D10- cough I have used Kuff Q tabs (Acetaminophen, Bromhexine, Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Guaifenesin, Phenylpropanolamine Hydrochloride) along with Althrocin (Erythromycin 500 mg) to prevent bacterial infection. The problem is that cough is still persisting though at a decresed intensity and frequency. Also my parents were infected on teh first day of my visit to them (yesterday) .
So i imposed a voluntary quarantine on my family member sincluding myself to prevent the spread. Most probably hospital acquired infection. I think it is seasonal flu. Should i start taking anti virals (tamiflu) and if so can you please…
