A Patient in ICU became serious to put on the defibrillator, a spark in this machine caused blast in oxygen cylinder placed nearby resulting in severe burns on face and neck of the patient and his death ultimately. A complaint has been filed by the attendants against the hospital for negligence. Cause Of Death could be either non-revival of the patient or severe burns which will be cleared in postmortem report. What is your opinion?
