A 37 yr old 2 nd gravida, post LSCS pregnancy, recently detected gestational hypertension and GDM. I had advised for an anomaly scan and obstetric Doppler, but the radiology centre refused to do Doppler saying it can be done only after 25 weeks.

As far as my knowledge goes, keeping the ALARA principle in mind, there is no specific contraindication to Doppler studies in pregnancy. I request the radiologists and my gyne colleagues in this forum to opine and give recommendations.
