A patient aged about 48years missed periods and +preg test, Abdominal hysterectomy has been done as she is having fibroids also on the request of the patient. Even after 8 months duration the lower abdomen looks bloatus, baloon like.

Patient is not having any disturbance except complaining of the balloon like appearence of her lower abdomen.On palpating the abdomen no abnormality detected. Please share your expertise advise.
