She is under ATT treatment for the last six months. the lateral and medial angle of the scapula is not traceable in Xrays of the chest and shoulder. Bones in the x-ray are severely osteopenic.

Lt apical area healed Koch's fibrosis seen. Lung tumor is also developing. Query: Which tissue is responsible for the pain?
