I need suggestions from experts. I have a very good job in preclinical subject.

I want to set up a private practise for which I want to join a course not recognised by MCI (DAWN DGO) but definitely help me in gaining skill and confidence for private practice, but with job its difficult. Should I persue the course for future plans or continue to work and stay happy with my present specialisation?
