Ordering investigations - which will be printed as a list Printable summary Option of retrieving the patient data in the next visit and keep on adding info to it as per date Add Surgical Notes Prescribe medications and include it in the printable summary ICD coding if at all feasible to include Analyse the data in the future as per the diagnosis, age, male/female or other variables. Please suggest me a good system.
