Recently, I saw a patient came in the hospital which is on first floor by walking and suddenly he collapsed. Doctor declare him as dead. The patient of age 52 years had complained of chest pain, breathlessness, sweating. Also, I have seen the number of hospitals don't have lifts.

Those who have are passenger lifts. What will you call this as there is NO LIFT still there is provision for the lift? Who is responsible for the death of the patient?
