Complainant fell down on the road and got injured over left hand, so he went to respondent no. 2 hospital and consulted respondent no.1.
After examining the complainant, doctor advised X-ray and found to have fracture. Doctor did not advice operation and tied bandage over fracture part. Doctor also advised for physiotherapy after seven days. Complainant took physiotherapy for one year but did not cured so he consulted another orthopedic surgeon and that doctor gave the opinion that fracture site should be operated at that time only.
