Today managing the laboratory is ridden with conflicts and loaded with inadequacies and inefficiencies, however, all the matters will reflect on patients care. The great problem lies with our Medical Colleges, or even corporate hospitals fail because inside of laboratory personnel with personality clashes I have to quit many jobs not lacking sincerity but humans are real trouble elements in the system.
We can by new mechanics and replace the old ones but difficult to change any if appointed.
