A male patient aged about 35 years is having acidity since long. He was the known case of hyperacidity. He used to take anti-ulcer medicines & got relief quite often and continued the said medicines. None of the attending family physicains suspected Myocardial Infarction. The patient after playing cricket match had epigastric discomfort and acidity like signs & symptoms.
He ran to nearby hospital & was adviced ECG tracing. He denied this and blammed the doctor for malpracticing and asked to give him anti-hyperacidity medicines & injection. After going to his residence quaters he fell down, collapsed and died on the spot. Later on the doctor who had previously attended him was blammed but he escaped. This was the prestige issue for the union labours so doctor was removed from the post.
