In our institution we charge 700 first time and 350 thereafter for follow up. My Pvt OPD I charge 500 at all consultations. If we travel by bus, is our second ride discounted? If we eat out, is second time discounted?

If we meet a lawyer, is our second case discounted? Is our meeting with CA next time discounted? Why then are we doing such a thing?
