A 36-year-old  female G3P2L2 with previous 2 LSCS with 30 weeks pregnancy having mild gestational diabetes controlled well on a diet with hypothyroidism on regular medication had a sudden onset of blurring of left eye which shows macular edema on OCT followed later by the same problem in the right eye with mild macular edema. Blood pressure is in a normal range.

What should be done?
