A 30-year-old woman with a history of seizure in last pregnancy followed by an abortion was presented with arthritis in small joints associated with myalgias and fatigue.She fulfills 6 out of 11 criteria of Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) but with two serial antinuclear antibody (ANA) negative. Please suggest possible management.
