Every year, World Antimicrobial Awareness Week (WAAW) is observed from November 18 th to 24 th . “Spread Awareness, Stop Resistance,” the theme for this year, encourages health stakeholders, policymakers, healthcare professionals, and the general public to become antimicrobial resistance (AMR) awareness heroes.
