A 2 yrs old boy is having off and on fever for one month. One month back his TLC was 35000 and platelet was normal. After 15 days his TLC came down to 24500 and platelet to 90,000. Now he does not have fever or any other symptom but leucocytosis and thrombocytopenia is persisting.
His urine and usg abdomen are WNL.P29.L59.E5M7..no immature cell. No haempparasite. Hb 8.3 ..one month back his TLC was 35000. .poly was 81 .Today his platelet count is normal but TLC is 24000, nothing significant in poly and lympho What should be done for the management of this case?
