25yrs/M , admitted for Blood Transfusion as he is a k/c Anaemia. After 3 BT , he c/o frank haematuria & malena, unconscious , signs of bilateral aspiration pneumonia, Hb% 3.1; TLC 1900; Platelet count only 16000; Malaria Ag Test for pv/pf negative Is this a case of Aplastic Anaemia or Anamia with DIC or delayed BT reactions.
