Enzalutamide ( 40mg CAPSULE ) is required for the treatment of a 74 year old person with metastatic lesion of Adenocarcinoma of prostate. He had bilateral orchidectomy 11 years back and has received Radiotherapy for the metastatic lesion at the lumbar vertebrae. Also received anti- androgenic tablets and chemotherapy.

Enzalutamide is very expensive ( 120 capsules costs around 3.12 lakhs ) and need to be imported. Are there any other molecules available in India?
