Dear Doctors! I run a 12 beded hospital and IVF unit. I run a pharmacy for my outpatient and inpatient needs. For outside Doctors prescriptions I am not selling medicines. I have got TIN number also for sales tax purpose.
Sales tax insists that who supply medicines to the pharmacy should put my tin number in their bills. But the drug suppliers ask for drug licence. They say they will put my tin number in bills only when I give my drug licence no. Is it essential to get drug licence and if drug licence obtained, is it necessary to employ a pharmacist or not necessary. Please clarify my doubt.
