A boy of 25 years third time developed swelling behind both ears . Firstly in 2000 , and excised and removed Biopsy not traceble , secondly in 2010 again excised and removed Biopsy revealed Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with Eosinophilllia. Now developed 3rd time tobe excised tomorrow!
Now is there any treatment to stop it's 4th time to redevelop ? This boy is a pt of allergic asthmatic bronchitis, which aggravating whenever he develops viral infection or cold only, has to be controlled with oral steroids. He is not on regular inhaled steroids.Propanolol can not be given, is there any treatment other than local steroids to be injected in to swellings?
