50 year female with h/o DPGN daignosed on dec 2013 and was treated with mycophenolate maefetil in tappering dose and defcort in tappering dose.Now her serial  creatinine level and urine protein level is within normal limit.ESR = 40.She has undergone total hystrectomy on oct 2013 after that only all these problems started.MRI LS region revealed compression neuropathy L4-L5 region.k/c/o HTN on tab telmesartan 20mg OD.Patient is now having severe calf muscle pain and pain and mild swelling in proximal Interphalngeal joints.Patient is taking pregabalin 75 mg OD since 7 years.No H/o DM.Psychiatric opinion revealed mild depression. Suggest Treatment and further investigations that can be done for unbearable pain symptoms?
