A 60 year old man reported with burning sensation in upper 1/3 of ventral surface of both feet after wearing shoes( tight). Some time,it subsides also. Known Diabetic for the last19 years; hypertensive 16 years and NASH 3 years.Medications: Metformin1.5 gm, glimepiride 6 mg, vildagliptan 50 mg, voglibose0.3 mg, amlodipine 10 mg, Telmisartan40 mg per day. Ursodeoxycholic acid 1 tab,vitamin BC, folic acid, Vitamin E800 mg, calcium supplement.
Investigation: 3 months back Hba1c11 mg%, vitamin D, B12, Tft, lft, Rft in normal range. FBS, RBS monitored by glucometer in normal range, BP in normal range. What further investigations or treatment or modification of existing treatment is needed? Please advise.
