Gurmeet Kaur, registrar at the psychiatric hospital in Jammu tried to file an FIR for harassment against Jammu and Kashmir Health Minister Lal Singh said on Friday that she would wait for a day after which she would seek the court's help to get the police complaint registered.She said "The minister harassed me in public on March 9. I approached the Bakshi Nagar police station with a written complaint seeking an FIR to be registered against the minister. "The police avoided me for four days saying they had sent the complaint for legal examination to ascertain whether or not the complaint merited the lodging of an FIR.
