Hii all Let me write about a common topic and search for a solution to this common problem.Data keeping and data management has become the most powerful tool to study diseases and is the part and parcel of patient care .Electronic database although has become common these days but still is the luxury of most corporate hospitals.The boons of such systems, unfortunately, has not penetrated into the government medical colleges and institutions where pen and paper are still the order the day.As a result data retrieval is an uphill task and performing retrospective studies is very difficult though the majority of the patients visit government hospital;s still for their treatment.
