I have seen a case of Spastic Tetraparesis in Ukraine. Patient is Small kid of 4yrs (male). Parents says Kid born healthy, but by the negligence of Doctor, kid got Apnea on 9th day and shifted to ICU, and after that condition is still as today. Kid is 4yrs old can't speak, Sit, even he can't hold his head.

Parents said that they went to many doctors but still no relief. They are worried, and asking me, is there any possibilities of his cure. Please give your opinion. Thanks.
